Flat-end cylinder geometry determines capacity and steel area. Material includes cutting waste; labour includes area and options. Overhead and contingency load the cost. Selling price = loaded cost ÷ (1 − gross margin). Setup is charged once. Freight is a pass-through. Discount applies to fabrication and setup; tax applies after discount plus freight.
Capacity is nominal internal geometry. Working fill is an allowance. Both ends use the selected thickness. Equipment, supports, finish and inspection are allowances. Technical approval is required. No automatic quantity discount is assumed.
